We were there for one night. Our room was clean and comfortable. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay when in Chicago. Service and food at the Palm was wonderful.

Could have been travel agent but didn’t have congruent stays attached so caused some issues with key cards. The rooms were ok but hot and muggy. Turned heat way down but didn’t cool off much in 3 days and still muggy to the point of moisture on the windows. All in all pretty good.

HVAC was atrocious. No way to properly cool rooms for a deep sleep. Temperature seemed to creep up every night.
