The room was really old and the carpet smelled. Needs updating.

It was great, thank you. The room was clean and comfortable. I had signed up for the breakfast option, expecting a buffet-style meal. However, the service turned out to be à la carte, and there was no information provided anywhere regarding the billing details—such as spending limits or how gratuities were handled.

First time staying at your hotel. Very nice. Enjoyed the efficient elevators. Conference facilities were nice, working, and comfortable. Bar and food service were very good as well.
