The towels in the bathrooms were very worn with threads hanging off the edges. the body wash dispenser was empty in the shower. You should offer free water, one bottle for each night per guest. Not try to charge 7 dollars for a pint of water. This cheapens your chain.

From the time I walked in the door, I never felt that I was truly recognized as a valued customer. Felt like more of a nuisance. At check-in, the hostess was extremely rude. When I called and requested a late check-out, I was met with a prompt and stern, "we cannot accommodate that." The hotel itself was nice, well-located, and modern. The staff, on the other hand, left much to be desired.

Overall rooms, restaurants were great. However, I have not received my folio via email and have emailed and called and still have not received it. Please handle ASAP

My business team and I look forward to staying here every year when we roll into town for a trade show. Fabulous location, welp appointed rooms with gorgeous views, an exceptionally well-trained and gracious staff (special thanks to Simona this year!), and the wonderful Palm restaurant and bar, make it a great experience all around.
