Check in and out was efficient. Some trouble with wifi being down. Otherwise it was a good stay.

I was booked here for a conference, which means we had a hotel block. Due to weather, our flights were delayed by 12 hours. When I finally made it to the hotel at 12 AM, my group was told that two of us had rooms and the other 2 of us would have to stay across the street because the hotel overbooked. Not sure how this happened when there was a conference block. Then we were told that we would have to come back the next day to stay at the Swissotel after trying to get there for 16 HOURS! The kicker was that the woman at the desk kept saying this was "not her fault" and that she was "just the messenger". Ma'am, I do not care and this is the wrong message. I will never willingly stay here. I have never experienced anything like this at the Trump Hotel, as everything is first class. My only reason for rating a 4 and not a 1 is because they did upgrade me t a very nice suite for the second night.
