I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby places. There are only a few items that could be improved, but they did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would definitely consider coming back and would recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's a new-ish hotel located not too far from the mega kuningan cbd, less than 10mins away if you walk. The retail building has some restaurant options and a groceries store as well, quite convenient. Little things could be better: the electrical plug on one side of the bed was not working during my stay, everything else works so I didn't bother to file a complaint. Pillow isn't the most comfy for my personal preference, and it still smells too new, hopefully it does get better with age. Breakfast is great, they have japanese set, local options, and western, with some healthy options as well. Staffs are warm and polite. All in all, decent stay.

We have a great time during our 2 night stays. The staffs were friendly, the complimentary anniversary decoration was very thoughtful, the jacuzzi is wonderful, the in room coffee was smooth and balance. And as ALL Platinum member, we were entitled for a room upgrade and afternoon snacks at Grab & Go. The fish and chips came with mashed potato though, and a bland one. The seasoning needs improvement. The espresso machine during breakfast seems needing calibration since it tasted over extracted. The hotel facilities were great, from the gym, spacious swimming pool, in room washing machine with total drying feature, stove, microwave and full size fridge. We will surely return 🥰

All I can say is that I’ve had such an amazing time while staying in Swissotel Mega Kuningan with my family, I requested a birthday setup for my 75 year old mother and they nailed it! To see her face light up as she walked in the room was absolutely priceless!! I cant thank the staff enough they have been nothing but accommodating to our needs. I recommend this hotel 100%! And yess.. we’ll definitely be back.
