Just checked out of Swissôtel Living Mega Kuningan, and honestly, I already wish I could stay a little longer! 😄 A big thank you to Mas Rustam from the Front Office team, who was incredibly friendly from the very beginning. The check-in process was super quick and smooth, with barely any waiting time. Also, thank you to the entire Front Office team for the room upgrade — it made our stay even more comfortable! Mba Niar from F&B, thank you so much for the lovely refreshments as well. The warm and thoughtful service really made us feel right at home. And a special shout-out to Mas Arief, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. Whatever we requested was taken care of right away. The room comfort was definitely 100/10! 🙌 Oh, and the breakfast is definitely a must-try! Everything was delicious, with a great variety of choices, from Western to Indonesian dishes. Thank you so much, Swissôtel Living Team, for such a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back on our next visit. ❤️
