A Perfect Home away from home in Jakarta. Highly recommended Swissotel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan! The three bedroom apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and have a wonderfully homey vibe. It is perfectly located near multiple malls, making shopping and dining effortless. A huge thank you to the welcoming staffs at Front Desk especially Vanessa and Dhini for their incredibly hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Mas Zacky and Mas Rafli for their warm assistance during check-in, and to Mba Kiki and Mas Rustan for making our check-out process smooth and pleasant. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a mini kitchen complete with a refrigerator, electric stove, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring both a bathtub and a rain shower with excellent water pressure. Having a washing machine in the room was also a great convenience. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well and absolutely loved it. We also had dinner at Embers Restaurant, and it was a memorable experience. Thank you to Mba Fitri, Mas Ferdi, and Mas Fauzi for their outstanding hospitality. The team was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. We were also pleasantly surprised by the variety of promotions available during our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an extensive selection of dishes ranging from Indonesian, Western, and Japanese cuisine, ensuring there was something for everyone. We also enjoyed spending time at the Golf Simulator Room. The facility was excellent, with accurate tracking technology and a comfortable environment that made the experience both fun and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing stay and were thoroughly impressed by the facilities, dining experiences, and most importantly, the genuine hospitality of the team. We will definitely be returning and look forward to bringing our extended family for our next visit!
