I had such a pleasant stay at Swissotel Living Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, everything felt comfortable and welcoming, and the overall experience was genuinely memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I really appreciated the atmosphere throughout the hotel. The service was also excellent, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of during my stay. What I enjoyed most was how the hotel made the whole stay feel special and relaxing. It was more than just a place to stay, it became part of an unforgettable experience for me. Thank you, Swissotel Living Jakarta, for the wonderful hospitality. I’m really pleased with my stay and would definitely love to come back again.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the noise was a major issue. I was woken up very early by loud outside noise, which happened on both nights. For a hotel of this standard, a good night’s sleep should be a priority. Without the noise, this would have been an excellent stay.
