The service at the hotel was good overall. Staff was helpful, prompt and courteous throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet included a good spread that covered a wide variety of cuisines. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Good location. However, please change the pillows — they don’t meet a 5-star standard. The bed is also not comfortable enough for a 5-star hotel, so this should be improved. Considering the room rate isn’t cheap, there are other 5-star hotels that offer better quality. The hot water isn’t working properly. The breakfast is good, but during my two-night stay, the menu didn’t change. It would be great if they could add more variety.

i opted in for early check in due to transfer of flights so i went for 9am check in and upon arrival i was told room is ready in a few minutes then i was told no availability then i was told after 12pm then after speaking to the manager i was told just to wait, i asked them if they couldn’t accommodate early check why didn’t they inform me or cancel the room as i have two children and baby so it was very very difficult and upsetting, i would stay here again service was bad and staff couldn’t be bothered

I have stayed in Dubai previously in many hitels but Swisshotel Alghurair is outstanding
