We had an amazing stay. The room was so big. The only thing I did not want were the pillows. It was too soft that it becomes flat. I had to use three pillows for it to feel firm. The food in their restaurant is also very good.

The rooms are nice but your check in process seriously needs work. If you are one of the assigned hotels for emirates setup a QR Code that people can fill in the fom themselves rather than having to wait 2 hours to be helped or have more staff at the checkin counter. It’s really not rocket science to become more efficient
