Overall, everything was fine. The first thing I didn't like was that the front desk employee forgot to give me my passport at check-in and sent it through a hotel employee without putting it in an envelope. The second thing that surprised me was that when I tried to drink something from the bar, the hotel employee said the bar was closed after 11 pm. In my opinion, for a 5-star hotel, the bar should be open until at least 1 am.

First stay at the Swissôtel and I am delighted. Everything was perfect. All the staff are pleasant, smiling and attentive. The check-in is done very quickly, we take care of our luggage, we have nothing to do. The hotel reception is incredibly beautiful. The rooms are bright, very spacious and clean, with all accessories and comfort. The spa is also beautiful, I didn’t go to the gym, but the pool is very good, and the deckchairs are comfortable. Monalisa and Limon our housekeepers (15th floor) who work quickly and efficiently while remaining discreet and smiling, Mr. Khaled and Amanda always looking after each other at the restaurant for breakfast, Jufeboy and Sathyam already knew our habits and anticipated them for our dinners. I thank all these people for their warm welcome and smiles during our stay. The reception staff are also responsive to our requests. I have no comments to make about the staff, only compliments. I would just like to draw your attention to the gentleman who works during the day, outside at the hotel entrance (often in a blue suit) to force us to take "VIP" taxis. He does not wear the uniform of the hotel doormen or baggage handlers. His behavior is not worthy of the hotel, his attitude is not professional at all, it is similar to forced selling, at each exit to take a taxi, turned into justification on the fact that I wanted to take a "normal" taxi and it is very unpleasant. I was taking another exit into the mall to avoid it. My only negative point, but I don’t think he is part of the hotel staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I have stayed here previously. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything went smoothly and I would happily stay here again.
