Stayed 4D3N with my family in a corner suite of Swissotel PIK. Great amenities, tasty buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was conveniently located within a mall with many restaurants, retail outlets, supermarket & a cineplex.

we are on our honeymoon trip the staff are great, facilities are extraordinary, food are delicioussss right beside pik avenue, this is the right choice to stay to explore all the hype and fun of pik dan pik 2 area and very near airport (we meet many pilot and oversea travelers) special thanx for hospitality team for celebrating our anniversary at the room and at breakfast(this is surprising!) , the cake are super delicious note : the tv are still not smart tv, so cannot use it for youtube and netflix, except for mirroring, i think its worth it to upgrade it

Choosing this hotel for a night transit before heading another city. But ended up extending the stay instead. Had good night sleeps, day naps, and adjacent to PIK Avenue. Everything was just enough and perfect for recharging. Good hospitality during breakfast day 2, especially Elsi (if I am not mistaken). Short 2 nights stay that feels like day-use only. Thank you for the hospitality!
