The staffs all very friendly , accomodating guests. From the check in time , during stay and check out. Even concierge very helpful. Very happy to stay here and looking forward to stay here again next visit

Right from airport pick up to check in and experience in hotel for golf bad storage and pickup, and breakfast at restaurant are all quite good.

The staff at the hotel breakfast, Abdul and Reja, were super friendly and very hospitable. My son and I were given tasty welcome drink and the service was excellent. The housekeeping staff were also excellent with the great job they did cleaning our room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I am from group. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I had a really good night’s sleep. I also loved the modern atmosphere of the hotel and the convenient location in PIK. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There were plenty of choices, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, I had a lovely experience and genuinely felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely come back to Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Jakarta.
