We would especially like to recognize Bella at the Executive Lounge. Late that evening, my daughter visited the lounge looking for hot tea due to a stomach issue. Bella not only assisted her without hesitation but also thoughtfully offered a banana to soothe her digestion. Her genuine empathy and proactive care meant the world to us as parents.

Lunch at Summers was a great experience, loved the beef, the new bar is very good, team was amazing everywhere. Most notably was the perfect condition of the room!

A polished and genuinely comfortable stay. The location is hard to beat – direct access to PIK Avenue and an easy run to the airport – and the rooms are spacious, immaculately kept and thoughtfully designed, with proper space to work and lovely views over the bay and the PIK district. What lifts it above the usual business hotel is the warmth of the team: Swiss precision paired with sincere Indonesian hospitality, attentive without ever being intrusive. Breakfast was excellent and varied, the pool and spa a welcome retreat after a long day, and every interaction was smooth from check-in to check-out. A reliable, refined choice in North Jakarta – five stars, and I would happily stay again.
