Average. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, had a pigeon in our first room and the reception laughed. No offer of complimentary anything and relocated to a room so tiny the window looked out onto a brick wall

Great Location, Very Clean rooms along with staff who make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. Eduardo was a standout for myself and he was a pleasure to have as a concierge. Would book again the next time I’m coming to Amsterdam, 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall; however, there were two points that I did not appreciate: 1. The room was not up to expectations. The furniture was quite old, and despite my Diamond status, I was unfortunately unable to receive an upgrade. 2. I was also unable to obtain a late checkout. I discussed this with Mr. Rob at the reception and only requested an additional 15 minutes, as I needed to leave at 1:15 PM and asked to extend until 1:30 PM. He completely refused the request without consideration.
