Great customer service. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, but the staff kindly gave me access to the fitness center so I could freshen up while I waited. Very much appreciated!

Like that they had a fridge in the room to use. Amuse was a nice location to get a quick pizza and wine. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. All outlets worked!

We had one in our party that was disabled and using a motorized scooter, all staff was extremely helpful from the valet, to the doormen, to the front desk person to the restaurant staff, it was much appreciated. Our rooms had beautiful views of the city/river and river/Navy Pier. Room were large and the bathrooms had a separate tub and shower. I appreciated the tri-mirror in the bathroom as it allowed for me to see the back of my hair when I was getting ready.
