First time staying at your hotel. Very nice. Enjoyed the efficient elevators. Conference facilities were nice, working, and comfortable. Bar and food service were very good as well.

The hotel was super conveniently located to everything, the staff was nice and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was fine, elevators are a tad confusing but also no one serviced my room between nights...not a big deal but still.

It was difficult to control the air temperature in my room and hence it was stuffy and made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, wifi throughout the hotel was difficult to connect and since I didn't have a hot spot I had to connect near the escalators on the conference floors which was less than optimal. Lastly, the food served for breakfast included cold eggs and stale muffins.

The staff and facilities were wonderful and my stay good. I didn’t sleep well due to the bed being too firm and the pillows too soft. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
