When you walk into the Swissotel Chicago, you know you will be treated to an elevated experience. Comfort and elegance are top priority. I even love how fast the elevators were to get me to the 31st floor and back.

I enjoyed my stay in Chicago, my first visit. The riverfront was great and the hotel stay made it a very rememberable trip (in a good way).

This was my first overnight visit Chicago. I enjoy the hotel. I did not not get the chance to fully experience all of its perks and amenities due to being for business. My room was spacious. Bed was decent. Room was pretty clean.

My stay was very comfortable and convenient. We were in town for the Chicago Marathon and our stay at the Swissotel contributed to a positive experience. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful. I appreciated the offering of a pasta dinner, too-but the reason we did not take advantage of that is because I ran the marathon with a charity team and we had a team dinner at Maggiano's.
