The location, view and room conditions were excellent. The room was big, comfortable and relaxing. The view of the Kaaba was breathtaking Alhamdulillah. The staff were friendly, professional and polite.

ALWAYS ENJOYING MY STAY IN THE HOTEL

Lovely hotel; the decor and layout are very nice. At first I would say it was tricky to find where the hotel was solely due to the fact there is another Swissotel in the same vicinity. But once we figured it out we realised it was very well located and easy to get to from the haram. The room was very nice and bathroom facilities were nice also, the only downside was that the amenities were not sufficiently stocked for a 5 star hotel. The lifts were also constantly being used so there were lengthy waiting times. There were 4 of us and we were told we had to attend breakfast together to all have breakfast and we couldn’t attend at separate times which was a bit of an inconvenience. I would stay here again purely for the location unless I find a better hotel in the same location.
