My stay was good overall, but I was surprised to be contacted on May 6, 2026 regarding a damaged iron and asked to pay extra charges, even though I checked out on April 16, 2026 and was not informed of any issue or damage at the time of checkout. I confirm that I did not cause any damage during my stay, and if there was any issue, it should have been reported immediately, not 20 days later. Unfortunately, this situation affected my trust in the hotel, and I advise guests to document the room condition carefully during check-in and check-out.

Bad experience , not 5 star hotel ,toilet and bathroom so small and old need renovation , elevators were slow , food (room service) very late (2 hours) and not fresh ( burnt grilled chicken and meat)

Excellent location, beautiful view, clean rooms, and good food
