My overall experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, and everything was perfectly arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I genuinely enjoyed my time there, and the hotel made my visit a very pleasant one. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection. In my opinion, offering more light dishes and simpler options alongside the full meals would make the experience even better and cater to different preferences. Unfortunately, I also had a disappointing experience with the concierge after checking out. Before taking my train to Madinah, I needed to store a small cake I had purchased in a refrigerator for a few hours. Initially, I was told that the hotel did not have a fridge available, and I was later informed that the refrigerator was reserved exclusively for medication. While I understand the hotel’s policies and the importance of prioritising medication, I would have appreciated a little more flexibility and understanding in this situation, perhaps as a one-time exception. The situation was particularly frustrating because I was unsure what to do with the cake before my departure. Unfortunately, it fell from my hands during this stressful moment. Although the concierge eventually agreed to store it, the cake had already melted completely by the time I was able to retrieve it, leaving me with no choice but to throw it away. This incident was disappointing, especially considering how positive the rest of my stay had been. A little more empathy and willingness to assist with a small request could have made a significant difference to my overall experience. Nevertheless, I appreciate the many positive aspects of my stay and hope this feedback helps the hotel continue to improve its already excellent service.
