I really liked the location overall and felt it was a safe place to stay with my wife for our honeymoon. The check-in process was smooth, but I did miss the personal touches that IHG properties usually provide. It felt a bit more like, “Here’s your room, next,” rather than a warm and welcoming experience. The room itself was amazing, and the location is truly prime. We loved that part of the stay. Breakfast was okay. The spread was good, but the queue for pancakes was unbelievably long. The taste was decent, but the prices for beverages not included in the breakfast buffet, such as soft drinks, felt unreasonably high, which was disappointing. Checkout was a little challenging because I had trouble explaining to the cab driver exactly where to come for pickup.
