Nice rooms and service

My overall stay went very well. I was overall satisfied with service and rooms provided. My only concern was check in time was significantly delayed. My family and I got our room at 6:30 PM with original check in time at 4 PM. Our request for rooms next to each other was not filled either despite the significant wait and were told to wait longer if we wanted rooms next to each other with no explanation provided for reason for delay. Otherwise, once we were in our rooms, the remaining stay was very pleasant and peaceful Alhamdulillah.

Good location but improvements are needed

Group booking of 3 rooms for 11 people. All rooms had an additional bed or camp bed expected to be used by an adult. So for example for 3 adults, a double room with an extra bed was given as opposed to a triple room. A quad room was 4 beds put together with no space to walk within the room or between the beds. So had issues of 2 of the 3 rooms which was eventually resolved. For the Ka’aba facing room for 4 people, the windows were considerably dirty which hampered the USP of the room. The space to pray in the room was taken up by the additional bed. So I felt the smaller room size was given to maximise the number of people in it. The size of the bathrooms are considerably small in comparison to the room size. Housekeeping would also arrive to coincide with prayer times which was awkward so some consideration there would be good. The bins in the rooms are very small. Would love to see some sort of recycling scheme within the hotel for the amount of complimentary water bottles that are used on a daily basis. The breakfast spread was very good.
