"We had a wonderful experience staying at the Swissôtel. The location is perfect—being so near the Kaaba gave us easy access to the Haram, allowing us to comfortably pray all five daily prayers there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel very welcoming. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; it was high quality with a great selection. For anyone looking for a positive, spiritual, and convenient stay in Makkah, this hotel is an excellent choice." This was our second time in the hotel

The man at the egg station was very abrupt, reception Mohammed was not helpful at all, he gave us rooms away from each other.Only after going back to reception did they change our rooms,very unprofessional.

My stay was amazing. The housekeeping staff, restaurant and hotel staff were all very polite and helpful mashaAllaah. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Location and easy access to Haram through the clock tower was really appreciated. The room we booked for my 4 daughters - 4122 had absolutely spectacular views of the Haram and surrounding mountains - absolutely breathtaking and we spent a lot of time watching and absorbing the haram when in their room. However, their fridge was faulty, which was attempted by hotel maintenance to fix but with no luck - this was a bit disappointing as the girls couldn't refrigerate drinks, milk and snacks. My husband and I had a double bedroom 4217 which also had a partial Haram view but quite obscured & cut off as angled on the side - would have been good to have the exact view described on booking so we could choose & enjoyed the better clear view of the Haram. Also, the way the room was angled we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time when I wasn't in hijab as there was full view of opposing room windows, which would have also been good for us to know in advance. Some complimentary kahwa and dates in the room would have been appreciated which we graciously received at our hotel in Madinah - however, we did enjoy these in your hotel lobby. Two of the lifts only went to P4 and not 0 to Haram which was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to use the shuttle service too and sometimes the wait was long at busy times. Overall though, the stay was a beautiful experience.
