Wonderful stay!

Swissotel Ratchada is always our top and best choice whenever we visit Bangkok. Starting with a very warm welcome from the bellman (they can even call by my name, very impressed), front desk, hall manager and Khun Sommon, the best Guest Relations Manager. She took good care of us and cater to our special needs and requirements including room conditions, facilities, air-conditioning, etc. to ensure our stay is a pleasant and comfortable. Also thanks to Man for housekeeping who is always very helpful and provide speedy response. Highly recommend Swissotel to everyone!

Probably first and last time

Ceiling in bathroom was leaking badly on the last day of my stay. Had to call the desk 3 times over a period of 40 mins and no one came up to take a look. Only after my 4th call the duty manager came up and I was told the engineering team was not available

Excellent !

From arriving at Swissotel, at the door-steps, the staff are always there to extend greetings warmly. At the receptions, not only one staff welcomes my presence, but few others around including the duty manager or supervisors. The room has always been well-attended/cleaned to excellent satisfaction and surprisingly a warm welcoming card from the General Manager. The Executive Lounge with specially selected high-level service-oriented staff is commendable too. All adds-up to extend the warmth of Swissotel to perhaps every guest who chooses Swissotel. My most sincere appreciation to every staff from GM to Car Park Attendant, whose coordinated and well-orchestrated individual motivated efforts, who make my 250+ visits to be joyful always.
