I have been using the Apartment over the years now. Unfortunately the quality of the furnitures are getting poorer. Especially balcony furniture need replacement, cleaning balcony, kitchen sink and bathroom need more attention. Some emergency utilities, like soap, washing powder, or kitchen cleaning accessories should be given, even on request.
