EVERYTHING was amazing! I enjoyed it so much that I would've loved if we could stay longer. The whole place is so quiet and zen, you can walk there easily 10K and won't even be bored of the surrounding of the resort. I enjoyed the lake, the spa, the food, basically everything. The ladies staff were super polite and nice, they even opened few topics while we were checking in. We needed extra blanket, and in 5 min they brought it. they even give us a small cake as we were celebrating there. Honestly the best place in Almaty.

No amount of praise will do justice to this stunning property. Swissotel Almaty got my attention while I was scrolling for places to stay for our trip to Almaty. Although it wasn't recommended by many due to the distance, I was really keen on spending a couple of nights there and I'm so glad we went ahead and did that. From the moment you enter the gates to the time you arrive at your room, every corner of the property is breathtakingly beautiful. Surrounded by pine trees and snow capped mountains, the view from our room was something we could not have enough of. The property is exceptionally well equipped, featuring multiple indoor and outdoor heated pools, a hydrotherapy pool, a hammam, dedicated kids play areas, two excellent restaurants and the most beautiful gardens. Outstanding service by every department to top it all off. Will definitely be recommending this to anyone who's planning a trip to Almaty. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The staff was extremely helpful and agreed to all my requests. The resort is beatuiful and had all amenities required for the stay. We enjoyed the hamam and sauna access. The spa massage however was not upto the mark. There was noise during my massage and the massage itself though done professionally, could have been better. I have had much better massages in India Malaysia and Thailand.
