When I booked the hotel I was told that overall price with breakfast and 1 additional bed will be 210,000kzt. While we arrived at the hotel we were charged additionally for 12,000kzt for additional bed which is absolutely unacceptable since additional bed is complimentary across hotels worldwide. During check out I raised that concern to receptionist and was told that payment will be returned and someone from hotel will call me, but I didn’t receive my money and nobody called me.

Staff kept dropping out request - I took me 4 calls to have someone come-over and fix the door in my Mom's room Balcony. Something happened with House-Keeping too, where the rooms were no cleaned the first day; had to send out multiple reminders.

When I arrived, reception said I need to wait 1,5 hour for check in to room, so it was bad experience And the breakfast time was only until 10:30
