My stay was great, the only bad experience I had is when I was ready to check out they said I owe money for a breakfast. Before go to eat I always pay, I paid for the breakfast that hotel claim that I did not to an African clerk at front desk. I suggest you guys check the camera on that date. It’s not about the money but the principal of telling I did not pay, anyway it was deducted from my deposit.

Best Regards, Salim Concierge My reply: Dear Salim, I am writing in regards to the email I received regarding the missing stationary holder from my room during my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with the way this situation was handled. I believe that you have made a mistake in assuming that I took the stationary holder as it was not in the room when I checked in, and I did not see it during my stay. I am a repeated customer to your hotel, and it is disappointing to be suspected of taking something that is useless to me. Moreover, I was extremely disappointed with the way you called me four times while I was at the airport doing the security check. In the first call, I was told that you needed 150 AED for the laundry, and in the second call, I was informed that there was a damage in the room. Then, I received an email telling me that the stationary holder was missing. This inconsistency in the information provided left me feeling anxious and confused, especially as I had to deal with it while being in a rush at the airport. I was further informed that if I did not pay the requested amount, the person who called me would be responsible for covering the cost. This only added to my confusion as I was unsure of the validity of the claims being made. I understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that everything is in order in the rooms, but I feel that this situation could have been handled better. As a repeated customer, I am disappointed with the way that you dealt with me, and I am not satisfied with your service. Sincerely, Ammar
