ParkingValet parking is available at a rate of $100.00 per day. However, due to our inner-city location, there are strict size restrictions for this service. Vehicles such as utes, 4×4 vehicles, vans, or those exceeding a maximum height of 2.0 meters are prohibited from using this service. Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to drop them off with our Concierge at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark. If you proceed directly to the carpark, please remember to collect a parking voucher which entitles you to the special carpark rate at checkout from our Concierge. Please note that the height limit for both valet parking and off-site self-parking is 2.0m. Other size restrictions may also apply. Staff did not communicate well at reception. I checked in on arrival, provided credit card details, but rooms were not ready. No problem, I returned later in the afternoon to collect room keys and was provided only one room and was asked again for my credit card details. I asked for my second room and was quizzed why. I had prepaid for my accommodation and I was disappointed by staff responses. It should not have been this difficult. Additionally, i had great difficulty when trying to book high tea for 11 people. I was unable to book online because there were more than 10 people so I had to make several phone calls before getting booking confirmation. It was for my birthday which was communicated at the time of the booking. Nothing was mentioned about birthday arrangements. I would not consider trying to book a high tea for a special occassion at your hotel again. Accommodation and other services were very good.

Faulty Towers, all you guys were missing was Manwell Only 1 lift ever worked at a time, breakfast was like been on the Camino. Aircon had to be left on to keep room temperature livable. Dirty Sauna had to be turned by ourselves in morning. Giant spiders holidayed inside the sauna. Not to forget reception never answered the phone, we had to email to get a response. Far from the Swiss I’m used to
