I had a satisfying stay at Swissôtel. I stayed there as part of a work trip to survey an event location in IKN, and overall, the experience met my expectations. The room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities were complete, so everything I needed was available. I especially loved the ambience in the restaurant and lobby—it felt cozy and nicely designed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

In my opinion, this is a hotel with truly outstanding service. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and always smiling. They were also incredibly kind and attentive to children, which made the experience even more special. I truly hope to return here again with my family. It would mean a lot if there were any special offers or returning guest discounts available, as I would love to experience this wonderful hospitality again. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Disappointed. There weren’t many options for food and drinks at breakfast. The red bean casserole was spoiled, and the restaurant manager only apologized.

Had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Nusantara. From arrival to departure, everything felt smooth and genuinely welcoming. My husband and little one truly enjoyed the stay, and the hospitality standards were exceptional throughout. I truly appreciated the recognition as both a fellow Heartist and an ALL member, it made the experience extra special. Special thanks to the GM, Mr Chrestian Pesik, Executive Housekeeper, Mr David Murtopo, the Front Office team, and the F&B team for the exceptional care and attention to detail.
