I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their warm welcome and professional, outstanding service. I would especially like to thank Mr. Fatiḥ, who went above and beyond to assist me and made sure that everything was taken care of throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciate all the staff members who worked with him for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I was given a room for 2 days which wasn't the room I initially booked. Untill I raised my concerns they gave me the room I booked 2 days later. After paying 10500 for this. Its disgusting

From bad to worse, not in the spirit to describe all of it however for 600€ a night for a “5star” hotel at least service is expected. Everything you order takes 1 h or more , pool with no towels or service - basic water not available. Taxi do not come there after 6pm, rooms are not cleaned till late I’ve requested a turndown service which was completely ignored and they didn’t even understand what I meant
