We booked last minute and chose half board and loved every minute of our stay. We would have been even happier if we had had a room on a higher floor, but given our late booking this was not possible.

Our recent stay at this newly opened Swissôtel was exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable, largely thanks to the genuinely warm and helpful front office team—special recognition goes to Václav, Mia, and the night shift gentleman, who accommodated all our requests with ease. Our upgraded superior room far exceeded expectations, featuring a remarkably spacious bathroom and a private balcony. As ALL Silver member, enjoying a complimentary sunset welcome drink on the rooftop was a delightful perk, and the modern spa facilities were top-notch. However, a couple of operational areas require attention. The spa's cleanliness could be maintained more rigorously, and the breakfast room felt understaffed, lacking visible supervision and adequate staff training. That said, the food selection and quality itself were impressive. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we look forward to returning.
