Things to improve: there's a speciality coffee machine for breakfast but staff says the coffee is the same because they do not want to make speciality coffee for everyone who ask for it, that's not 5 star. Not sure if bio sauna is properly set up. Not enough neck support pillows, they were not available during our stay. 400 CZK for in-room delivery is overpriced. Steam room without enough steam.

We love this hotel! This was our second stay here with our kids, and it definitely won't be our last. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable, always making us feel welcome. The facilities are fantastic and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We are already looking forward to coming back again soon!

Beautifully designed hotel. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with healthy options available. Friendly staff. The location was ideal. The wellness was amazing. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and the only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Lovely experience.
