Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed the experience. However, there are a few points that we were not satisfied with and would like to share as feedback: The bed was not comfortable, and unfortunately we did not sleep well during our stay. The bar area near the swimming pool appeared to be closed and covered with dust. In addition, the bathroom facilities in that area need attention. One of the sinks had no running water, and the soap dispenser was broken. The breakfast experience was below our expectations, especially considering the price charged. Looking back, I would have preferred to have breakfast elsewhere for the amount paid. Some of the bakery items did not seem freshly prepared, and there was a limited variety of cheeses, vegetables, and salads. I would recommend either enhancing the quality and variety of the breakfast offering or reconsidering its pricing to better reflect the experience provided. The rooms are very comfortable and have all what you need. The stuff is supportive, very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Only one comment, would be better to grant more discount for Accor members.

A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful room setup, the stunning high-floor view, and the delicious birthday cake. The apartment itself was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, full utensils, a washing machine, and even dish soap. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, and the rooftop pool and gym offered spectacular vistas. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, situated on a vibrant street with fantastic dining options and cafes nearby. To help elevate the guest experience further, I would like to share a few constructive observations: In-Room Features: The electric kettle was malfunctioning (boiling constantly without automatically shutting off). Additionally, while having a washing machine is a huge plus, adding a drying/cloth rack would be highly beneficial, as the retractable shower line is quite limited. Bathroom Maintenance: The shower glass partition was slightly loose (needs securing/gluing), and the shower door felt excessively heavy. Amenities: I was looking forward to trying the lobby cafe, but it was unfortunately closed during my stay. Additionally, as a health-conscious guest, I would have highly appreciated a sugar-free welcoming dessert option. Thank you again for the warm hospitality and for making my birthday weekend so special. I look forward to returning!
