Perfect choice if you are looking for a well designed, environmentally friendly resort. Staff extremely nice and always ready to help and make your stay a pleasant one. Great facilities too.

The hotel staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. The facilities were clean and comfortable although it would have been great to know some of the restaurants were closed for the season before my stay. The main restaurant prices were a little expensive but good food. Overall a good stay!

The hotel is new and well located however many things must be improved to be at the same level of all Swisshotel around the world The receptionists staff and concierge are outstanding special thanks to Mr Aziz Waiter and waitresses must be better trained: It is not possible to have many of them going around without specific goal and without taking care to the tables and orders Beverages remained more then 10 minutes unattended at the bar without anyone serving them English level a bit poor Bath soap and shampoo finished by there was no fill up until we asked for Forgot to leave fresh and new towels in the morning Only a single restaurant available for evening that makes a bit a challenge if you stay for 4 or 5 days Bar closes at 7 pm so no way to have a drink later on All in all many things could have been much much better
