We had a good stay in the Swissotel in Istanbul and therefore we found this hotel. The hotel was fully booked but you always had the feeling of privacy and nothing felt crowded. We had several extra wishes and needs as we booked several rooms. The reception was great and helped us all the time, especially Meryem to highlight here who handled our extra requests perfectly. Breakfast experience was also great. At the egg station the cook had a perfect overview, you never had to wait in a line and he made perfect eggs (what is not common in hotels in my opinion) and also always very kind. The chef also always there to check everything is right. Very good. Rooms are very good and spacious, good design and good views. Upper floors in advantage rooms are definitely recommended. Beach very good, very clean and also never crowded. Also security is very good who always checked everyone who enters the area. Also to highlight is the kids club. The staff very good. My son really liked them. It was very personal, they shared feedback about behavior and strengths of my son and always send pictures or videos from the day. Spa and fitness area also very good Especially hamam very good, clean and spacious.

This was the fourth stay for us. Apart from stopping the towel service at the beach and smaller lunch menu, everything was almost the same

The beach was wonderful, beautiful white sand. Unbelievable sunset view and superb food at Monachello restaurant. The warm and friendly service from all the staff was a big surprise too. Prices for the room, food and drinks were very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Very nice rooms and very clean. Location of the resort and the beach was super. Poor knowledge of english by most of the staff. I didn't enjoy the fact that restaurants/cafes in the hotel only used (I guess) capsules for espresso, was hoping I could enjoy a proper espresso during my stay.
