My family had a wonderful stay, and one of the highlights was the breakfast experience. Harun and Chef Mehmet were incredibly kind and welcoming to our family every morning. Thanks to their warm hospitality, we were able to start our days with laughters and great mood. When traveling, the people you meet can make a lasting impression, especially first thing in the morning. Their friendliness and genuine care helped set a bright tone for the rest of our day and truly enhanced our overall travel experience. We are very grateful for their kindness and would like to thank them for making our stay even more memorable. I would also like to give special recognition to our butler, Emir. From before our check-in until the very end of our stay, he paid attention to every detail and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Whether it was a small request or something more significant, Emir handled everything with exceptional care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. Without a doubt, the butler experience was one of the standout aspects of this hotel, and Emir was a major reason why. His level of service made a real difference and elevated our entire stay. If we have the opportunity to return in the future, we would sincerely hope to have Emir as our butler again. I’m ever grateful for his care and hospitality. Thank you to Harun, Chef Mehmet, and Emir for making our family’s stay so memorable. Their hospitality is a true reflection of what makes this hotel special.
