Was not feeling hospitality during check in. Just simply check if any chance for room upgrade during check in, replied that hotel was in full occupancy without any checking. Welcome amenity was only 1 pear for 2 adults and 1 kid, this was rediculous. The things impressing me was early check in at 12pm and late check out at 2pm (this was public holiday and really appreciate that getting late check out), kid amenity and the birthday cake.

Everything is nice. From check-in to check out. Went for a staycation to try out the infamous Cocktail hours at level 65. Well, really didnt disappoint me with the huge variety of food available. Things that can be further improved are, 1) During concktail hours, Drinks could be served instead of self service. Especially with the cocktails. And having bubbles would be a great addition to the already wonderful experience. 2) As a local, would appreciate some sort of discounted parking arrangement too. Maybe with nearby Raffles or even Mercure Bugis?

My husband and I suffered several bug bites after our stay. I have photos of the bite marks on his body which surfaced after we checked out yesterday, and today the colour got worse.
