During our last stay in July, everything was wonderful. I casually mentioned on the feedback that we found the air-conditioning in our room a little warm for our liking, and I was genuinely touched by how thoughtfully the team remembered this during our current stay. They kindly provided a Dyson fan for our comfort and also upgraded our 12-night stay, which was such a lovely and unexpected gesture. It is this level of thoughtfulness and personalised service that makes the experience so special. Swissotel The Stamford Singapore will always be our preferred choice whenever we are in Singapore.
