"Great atmosphere"

I have known the hotel since 2011 and I can say that this is one of my favorite hotels in Moscow. I see that the staff is different here (probably you have a better focus on employees, good training programs, recruitment process, etc.) and I hope it will remain like that as the staff is the key in the hotel. Of course, a good location, design, and overall atmosphere will keep me as your client. As advice: I would recommend creating a special place to work with laptops (some kind of business lounge) as it's boring to sit in the room all day when I have to work. Thank you! Great stay at a wonderful place...

Swissotel Krasnye Holmy went the extra mile to make our stay special. We booked a good room with some extras but the local team added to this. Great and friendly service, very good location next to the garden ring, view on the river and some historic parts of the city, breakfast, lunch and dinner tasty (and included)... Special notice to the small but nice pool with massage jets... We enjoyed the stay, highly recommend it and look forward to another short stay in the future!

Nice hotel

This hotel may be good for business travelers but surly not for tourists. The rooms are decently sized. The amenities don’t live up to a normal 5 stars hotel, but they are ok. The breakfast resturant offers a very nice waffle for those who love waffles
