Very Bad service and no comfort in the room. 1. the basics like the shower cabin has no holder for towel. when a guest runs to the towel hanger the floor is all wet 2. the was basin cabin is with glass when you put the lights on the whole room wakes up 3. the mirror on the wash basin is on the left side 4. the electronic switches are no convenient at all and the switches on the washing room is right on top of the emergency button and when in the night someone wants to put on the lights they press the emergency swtiches 5. sound proof is zero.. can hear the trains, car hornes and people screaming outside the hotel had the worse stay as sleepless nights and at 09.10hrs in the morning the room service was tapping the door to clean the room..

Exceeded my expectations

The hotel is gorgeous! Great facilities, comfort, excellent service and very friendly staff. Compliments!

Well located

the overall stay was very good. The hotel is well located, own piece of beach, great breakfasts but we had a wed anniversary, notified about it in advance, but nothing had happened. we came with our 2 yo kid, and asked to give us a room with 1 bed because our son sleeps with us, and he almost fell down 2 times from the bed where he was sleeping the 1st night in your hotel. The lady whom i asked to search for a room said there's nothing for us. Next day the gentlemen at the reception found a room within 5 secs but asked to pay more for the the same square meters !!!! it is just a slightly better view (not a sea view!). For us it was awful. When earlier we were coming to celebrate my b'day we got a free! room upgrade and a cake with champagne. On wed anniversary we got nothing (they could at least give us that room for free because it was the same m2, we were not asking for a suite or penthouse). Because of the kid we for sure paid extra but from that day onwards we very definitely very disappointed.

Everything perfect

Nice private beach and warm outside pool, beautiful garden, spacious room, and even though we had a park-view room, still, the sea is partly visible from the balcony. Great selection of foods for breakfast, never managed to taste everything, as there were so much choices! It was our 2nd stay, thanks, we will be back!
