My recent business stay was severely dissatisfying and did not meet the expectations of this hotel's price point. The $15 daily charge for WiFi is unacceptable for a business traveler, and the value was further diminished by misleading advertising, as the advertised pool was no longer there. Maintenance issues, such as a leaking shower, and the outrageously expensive snacks added to the frustration. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant provided the worst fancy food I have ever eaten, which is unacceptable for a high-cost dining option. Overall, the high room rate was not justified by the poor amenities, maintenance, or dining quality.

The cleanliness of the facilities was great and it had everything needed. The price of the restaurants is more than many out of town guests are used to but it is Chicago. The line for checking in and questions was very unorganized and the main staff seemed very put off by helping guests.

Nothing was lacking, but really think closely about business travelers and needs they would have, including desk size and location, with multiple outlets nearby.

From the second you walk in the door the Swissôtel fills you with joy. It's in a wonderful location, the rooms are pristine, all of the staff are lovely, and it smells amazing!

Stayed at the hotel for a work conference. It was my first time in the city and everyone was professional and beyond helpful to ensure I had the full Chicago experience. I had a beautiful river and lake view. I would absolutely stay at the Swissotel again!
