The hotel has a great location and is very close to many of Chicago’s top tourist attractions. The views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan are outstanding. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely dated and are in need of renovation. I was particularly disturbed to find a half-used bottle of moisturizer left behind by a previous guest. I was also surprised that individual-size toiletries were not provided. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty as well. The only good thing about Room 2301 was the view. On a positive note, Bernard at the front desk was outstanding and provided excellent service. At this price point, I would definitely consider staying at LondonHouse or Sofitel instead.

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel location is great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean, however you could tell everything was a lil run down and the bathroom was full of hair, probably from the previous occupants.
