Dated hotel in centre of Chicago. Good views, but very dated. Also quite shocking : no complimentary water; there 2 small and 2 large bottles of water in the room that were priced at …6 USD each for the small bottle ! I have and will not recommend this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights. No fridge. Wanted a place for my coffee creamer. Love the window covering arrangement. Privacy, but I can still see out the window. I had to call the wifi help desk twice because they had to reboot the router twice for that room. USB only way to plug in and outlets lacking in number. Can't plug in phones at the bedside/near table without moving furniture.

easy check in, never had to worry about our room being serviced, easy location, clean, friendly, the staff went above and beyond especillay melissa marion and Alex in the restaurant
