Every employee we met was kind and attentive. Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Deserves high regards and we loved our experience there. My only complaint is the cost of parking but I guess it is the norm in Chicago. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this fine hotel!

The rooms are great and new. The views are fantastic. The location is right on the riverwalk and super close to Grant Park, the Bean and The Art Institute of Chicago as well as the Magnificent Mile. However, more staff is needed at front desk, where there were long lines almost all of the time. There was quite a bit of noise in guest rooms and in conference space, and temps were hard to control.

Great central location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Wrigley Field, which was a hike! Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, reasonably priced.

The towels in the bathrooms were very worn with threads hanging off the edges. the body wash dispenser was empty in the shower. You should offer free water, one bottle for each night per guest. Not try to charge 7 dollars for a pint of water. This cheapens your chain.
