Everything was excellent! My husband and two children (3 & 5) all had an amazing stay. Our view was incredible. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Great dining options; I think the daily credit is brilliant and offers more flexibility than just the morning breakfast option. Love the top floor gym/wellness center!

I was there for work. Had to wait on line for front desk twice, and both times the line was long and moved slowly because even though the front desk was set up to be staffed by 8 people, it was staffed by two people. My company had booked me a double, but I requested and received a king which was great. I had requested feather-free, and I got that, too. The room was spacious and had a nice view, and the desk was well designed. I liked the bathtub which was bigger than mine at home. While the room could do with a refresh, it was well designed and well maintained. I posted photos of the room, and a friend said she wants to stay there.

Everything about this place was great, but I was awoken by the alarm clock that was not reset by hotel staff before my stay. I did not touch the clock or attempt to reset it myself as it should be reasonably expected of hotel staff to ensure there is no active alarm clock from prior guests for incoming guests. This detracted significantly from the otherwise luxurious and perfect stay.

Good visit but could not get the room cool enough to my liking. Said 68 but it was 70+
