The room is very comfortable and spacious but the water pressure on the shower is poor and the TV channels beyond the USA mindless rubbish was non-existent. Bar prices eye watering and while the Palm is a nice place to eat it isn't great value for money in my opinion. An hotel geared to the convention industry. Oh and the receptionist had NO IDEA what l was talking about when l asked about the John Hancock Tower!! Really???

The staff you have around the hotel helped out so many times with directions. Everyone was so nice. They helped expedite long lines at elevators with service elevators. My 2 little complaints would be that even on 24 th floor it was very noisy. The bar in lobby needs more people working with big groups in town.

An incredible first impression at the Swissôtel! After a stressful drive through traffic, the valet attendant was exceptionally polite and patient in helping me get parked. I accidentally left my water bottle at the valet station, and he went out of his way to find me at the reception desk to return it. I felt terrible that I didn't have cash on me to tip him, but his awesome service reflects so highly on this hotel.
