Front lobby staff (Emina) was great! -very professional funny and nice. When I called for toilet paper and towels, quick and responsive!

The room was clean and comfortable. We stay at this location because it's close to a yearly convention. Over the years, we've noticed that no matter what we set the room temperature to, there is very little change in the air temp. Beware, there is a hidden fee of $200 that Swissotel calls a resort fee. Per new federal and state laws, this is illegal.

My room was perfect with a tub and separate shower. I was able to enjoy my conference because I had a cozy room to retreat to!

Everyone from check-out to room service to the waitstaff was extremely welcoming, personable and friendly. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our rooms were comfortable and the view of the city (east/north/west) were fantastic. The gym was state of the art. The food at the restaurant was the best we ever had. Completely worth it and would definitely return. And so close to everything too (Millenium Park, restaurants, breakfast places, coffee houses, etc.) OUTSTANDING.
