Nice hotel, great facilities. Would have been great to have bottled water available in the room upon check in. Would have been great, and pushed my review score higher is bottled water was available in the very well-appointed fitness center. Nobody likes filling water bottles from the cooler water with all the germs and stuff that go along with it. Maybe consider a different bottle fill method like in the airports.

Everything about the stay was excellent...except for the check in. Not enough people were available to help with check-in! The line went all the way to the door. I noticed that a couple of times when I was downstairs. The people at the front desk were excellent, though. I think you just need more of them.

The hotel is in the perfect part of Chicago: close to everything but nice and quiet. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I only wish there were more food options at the restaurant and room service.
