The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to choose from. The location was also excellent and made getting around very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Came in very early in the morning due to a flight problem - was welcomed and taken care of. Room - clean, well organized, real coffee cups, spacious - next AM I would have liked my room cleaned, but I slept in then took an AM nap (was up most of the night before) - put up Do Not Disturb sign - I was left alone - I went back to the conference, returning at about 3p and ... my room was cleaned - new towels, bed made! Checking out, I had to leave my bag - then lost my ticket, the gentleman who helped me get it was kind, funny and VERY helpful - even took my bag to the curb ... and DID NOT Look for a tip! Thank you Swissotel!! I'll be returning
