Location is great. Hotel property is great. Rooms are nice. Services are as good as could be expected.

The bathroom ceiling had paint peeling. The bathroom door was gross with paint peeling and the wood flaking off at the bottom. The exhaust fan & night light did not work. The cabinet door to the fridge was broken. The closet door was broken. Do not stay in room #1917 until repairs have been complete! The bartenders in Amuse were great.

After the check in process, the stay was great to be honest. The check in process left a bad taste though. Completely get that rooms were not ready as we arrived early, but leaving bags out in the open by the bellman is just dangerous. After we got our text that our room was ready, we arrived to a line of about 30-45 people waiting to check in. Only 2 front desk staff. For a major conference, concert, etc you must be prepared to handle the influx or at least have Kiosks. Like I said, after the check in experience the stay was great, so that brought the overall to a 7.

Good overall, I did have to call 2 times to get my room cleaned on Saturday, as well as my shower had no liquid body wash in the dispenser. Also on Sunday, the room was not cleaned until after 5

Called direct for reservation to friendly helpful staff. Plenty of staff available for quick & easy checkin. Room was comfortable with great views towards the Lake. Tasty breakfast before checkout. Car was ready in under 5 minutes. I’m sure we’ll be back.
