There was a roach in the bed and bites me The manager did not even offer me a refund. He just said I could give you another room, but I simply click out and left the hotel with very disappointed.

Came at 1:50. A colleague checked in to a similar room, but I was told room not ready. OK as checkin is not until 3:00. Returned at 6:05 PM and was told room still not ready. Had to stand at checkin desk for another 20 minutes being told room was not ready until they found a room. This is not acceptable for a hotel at this level. Definitely affected my view of Swissotel and my willingness to come again in future (I have been at this hotel 3 or more times in past and had good experiences then).

Only a good location. Rooms are nice but quite expensive for what you get. No complementary breakfast.
