The lobby area was so clean and smelled amazing. My room was clean and the housekeeper was so sweet and attentive when I told her of my shower getting the floor soaking wet. Unfortunately that was never fixed, but every time I saw her in the hall she asked me if it was fixed yet. She organized my room and cleaned it to be immaculate. Well done housekeeping!

Room was very nice. View amazing. The can lights did not work in bathroom, only mirror sconces. I was only there for 1 night, or I would have let the staff know. Check in and out was easy. It took about 10 minutes to get from the 24th floor to lobby on Tuesday morning. I believe there was a conference in the hotel so there was an extreme amount of traffic in the 8am hour.

Everything was good accept i got charged triple on resort fees and i was not happy i booked my stay with 3rd party and I got charged from both 2x
