The hotel itself was nice, and I enjoyed the location, views, and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed by the billing experience. I was incorrectly charged for in-room bottled water that was not consumed, and there was also confusion regarding charges for beverages purchased from the lobby store. My companion purchased a bottle of water and a soda and paid cash to a front desk employee at the time of purchase. Several days after checking out, I requested a receipt and noticed that my room had been charged for these items. When I contacted the hotel for clarification, I was informed that the hotel is cashless. This response only added to the confusion, as it appears cash was accepted for the purchase, yet the items were later charged to my room. While the in-room water charge was ultimately removed after I contacted the hotel, the overall experience left me questioning the accuracy and transparency of the charges posted to my room. I expected a smoother checkout process and greater confidence in the final bill.

I attended PTC Next Event which was very good. This could have been a 10 but clean staff was yelling on the floor outside of my door while I was trying to work late one afternoon. I was surprised by the disturbance in such a nice place.

Had issues on check in but they were addressed within a day or so. Experience fee was thankfully waived due to these issues but $30ish a night for wifi that won’t even run on a cellphone, a credit to the on site bar/restaurant and a shoe shine was kind of high. Would be nice to be able to opt out if we did pay. Will give you an extra $5 a night (not the first night) credit to the bar if you opt out of room cleaning. I did not opt out but also did not receive the room cleaning first day…had to ask for clean towels and put my garbage out but the next day was great. Overall no pool was more of a bummer than anything as the website and reviews still show a pool and it was hot.

The rooms were clean and the location was great. However, sometimes the lobby scent is too overpowering that it makes me dizzy. it would be nice to have a subtle smell of fragrance but not too much.

The staff is very respectful and helpful. The views from the hotel are amazing if you love the city and enjoy the water.
