We had one in our party that was disabled and using a motorized scooter, all staff was extremely helpful from the valet, to the doormen, to the front desk person to the restaurant staff, it was much appreciated. Our rooms had beautiful views of the city/river and river/Navy Pier. Room were large and the bathrooms had a separate tub and shower. I appreciated the tri-mirror in the bathroom as it allowed for me to see the back of my hair when I was getting ready.

We came to Chicago for GoFest. I had stayed at Swissotel before during my wife's business meeting. It was really convenient for the park, restaurants, and museums. Room was high up and had a great view of the lake and river. Only downside was the spotty cell service on Verizon and really slow WiFi particularly in the morning. These were key for GoFest attendees.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Swissôtel Chicago. The hotel is lovely and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful view of the lake and Navy Pier, as well as River North. I was there for a conference, and the venue and catering were terrific.

I was there for a business meeting. The hotel is in a wonderful location. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out with amazing views and excellent water pressure. The fitness center is great.
