We stayed at this hotel with my daughter's volleyball club. This was a 'stay to play' tournament where we can't choose the hotel. The facilities were great and service within the hotel was mostly oustanding. However - even the bottle of water in the room was a $10 upcharge. Hilton definetly does it better. While the hotel was well cared for and service was good, this is not a place I'd recommend for traveling families and sports teams. There was limited 'hang out' space for players or adults. The lobby couldn't be used without paying their bar/restaurant prices, and there is no pool. Our biggest issue though was the parking. Website says that they have self-park and valet (at 2 different costs). It was not disclosed before check-in that valet would be our only option due to staying for an 'event'. At the price of $84/day (significantly more than self-park) I would expect to be able to get the valet to bring me my car. Unfortunately, they were not at all able to keep up with demand and we had to rely heavily on Uber - at an added cost of course. If we are forced to use valet and can't get our cars before our scheduled game time (some guest waiting 2+ hours for their cars on Friday) then a shuttle should be offered.

Staff was friendly, especially the maintenance people. I appreciated the location and the comfort and modernity of the room.

Wonderful hotel, great downtown location, very comfortable room, courteous service all around five star experience!

The bed was super comfortable and the staff was great. The room itself was a bit outdated and there were no streaming services available like Netflix or Prime. My toilet kept running nonstop and at one point wouldn't stop flushing.

We stayed here because we were visiting our kids who live in The Tides apartments behind the hotel. It was the perfect location for our stay.
