I had a double queen room on the 18th floor. Overall, my room was well-equipped, the view was beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. My only feedback is that the pillows are not good (my head sunk into it), and the A/C in the room is not very powerful. Other than that, I am satisfied with my stay and recommend the Swissôtel for friends and family in future visits!

The hotel itself was good, while my room was downgraded from a king to a double bed and the view wasn't as amazing as some of my coworkers, I understand that it was booked due to Rippling. I do wish that the TV/Wifi worked better - the TV was the most disappointing w/cable being the only option, no streaming or ways to wirelessly connect your device. The WIFI most likely wasn't able to handle the number of people on it at once, but I also had bad service in my room which did not allow for important calls to come through (I have Verizon and it worked outside of my room). The food was alright and the beds were comfy which were the most important part, so I would stay again.

Easy walk to all I needed in a safe environment. I enjoyed the easy access to the river walk, Lakeshore Drive, and Millennium Park. Staff was very accommodating and and very friendly. I would recommend Swissotel to anyone who asks where to stay in downtown Chicago. GO CUBS!
