My Stay Was Magnificent. It Would've Been Better If Microwaves Were Available In the Room

Just a terrible experience all around. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. The pre-paid group breakfast, scheduled from 7:30-9am, took over an hour to be served both days, and there was no one working the front desk at check out. Got double charged for my $250 incidentals deposit, called the hotel, and had to leave a message because no one was available to take my call. Requested a call back and here I am 5 days later and still no call. I've had better experiences at Motel 6 for $85 per night than at the Swissotel for over $400 per night. Lots of hotel choices in downtown Chicago, I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

Check in and out was efficient. Some trouble with wifi being down. Otherwise it was a good stay.
