Only a good location. Rooms are nice but quite expensive for what you get. No complementary breakfast.

Very nice and clean. Only issue was room had all the cooling vents on one side so room was two differ temps

The corner suite on a high floor had incredible views of both Lake Michigan and the Chicago River. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator system was the most efficient one I've been in while in a large hotel.

The staff was very welcoming, the room comfortable, and the location great. I just want to say that I haven't received my deposit back, over 1 week after having left, and never received replies to the emails I sent before and after my stay (about this and other matters).

Stayed there with a volleyball tournament, so I didn't choose this establishment but am pleased with how things worked out. I still wish hotels offered larger pillows to sleep on...
