I stayed at the Swissôtel Chicago because a work conference was held there, and I was very pleased with the experience. The conference facilities were comfortable and convenient, and the rooms were fantastic. The hotel is also located very conveniently. The views are lovely, and there are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.

Hotel was in great location but customer service was not great. At check-in the employee was being dismissive and cut off a colleague when asked a question.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, and I found the room to be clean and well maintained. However, I was disappointed to learn that there is an additional charge of $35 per day to use a microwave for heating food. This policy is not particularly accommodating for families and may be an area worth reconsidering to improve guest convenience.
