I stayed at the hotel for a business conference event. I reserved a room for Sunday-Monday specifically knowing I was flying in on a red eye and would need the room for Sunday night. My reservation was approved, but because I arrived late into the night my room had been given away. This is completely unacceptable. If a room is reserved and confirmed it should be held without exception regardless of other arrivals.

The Swissotel continues to be a perfect location for our stay when we're in town for the National Restaurant Show. It's proximity to McCormick Place makes it an easy Uber/Lyft trip to and from. The Palm and Amuse in the lobby allow for restaurant fine dining and the best open bar atmosphere for a team happy hour or a night cap. The rooms are large and full of the comforts you desire when on the road with views of the water no matter what side of the building you are placed on.
