I had a double queen room on the 18th floor. Overall, my room was well-equipped, the view was beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. My only feedback is that the pillows are not good (my head sunk into it), and the A/C in the room is not very powerful. Other than that, I am satisfied with my stay and recommend the Swissôtel for friends and family in future visits!

Easy walk to all I needed in a safe environment. I enjoyed the easy access to the river walk, Lakeshore Drive, and Millennium Park. Staff was very accommodating and and very friendly. I would recommend Swissotel to anyone who asks where to stay in downtown Chicago. GO CUBS!

I booked the room last minute so I was a little disappointed there wasnt an outdoor balcony but thats on me. The room was spacious and comfortable and the veiw from there was pretty good as it is.
