Checking in was easy and the front desk team was friendly and professional. Small bar area with breakfast options in the lobby made for a pleasant place to get some work finished before check in. The large driveway area in front of the main entrance created a great space to get in & out of ride share vehicles and taxis. Walkability was fantastic to many shops and restaurants as well as Michigan Ave. and Millennium Park area.
