Hotel, room, amenities, and location were all fine. The problem: I submitted a wool jacket to the laundry service for dry cleaning. Instead of cleaning it, their vendor only pressed it — with heat — which permanently set the stain into the fabric. The vendor receipt confirms “PRESS ONLY.” Two local dry cleaners examined it afterwards and both declined to work on it. I raised the issue at checkout and followed up by email with the housekeeping director. No response so far. So maybe fine for a stay, but do your own laundry.

Everything was great except the water pressure in the shower. It wasn't broken, just weak. In a 4-star hotel, I expect 4-star water pressure in the shower, but it was more like 2-star water pressure.
