It was a 6 day visit in Chicago. Even though the location is good, the hotel is extremely outdated. The hotel room door was in such a poor condition that we could see the light from the sides as though it had been forced-entered. The carpets are terrible. I hope you can remove the carpets in the next renovation. Considering these factors, it was pretty pricey. Good points for the staff.

The hotel is in a great location in the city. We were comfortable during our stay here and enjoyed the views. However, I wish the AC was a bit more powerful. It seemed like it wouldn't let us set it below a certain degree so we were a bit warm at night. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

Enjoyable stay. Good access to public transport and other attraction. Hotel has restaurants inside and also closer to other varieties close by. Good for families and business trip.

Staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. Hotel location was great as we went to Chicago for a concert and were able to walk to soldier field, the bean and was across from riverwalk.

My experience at the Swissotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional. This was my second stay at an ALL Accor property and I had an equally good experience at the Novotel In Toronto Canada. I will be back!
