Stayed for the Chicago marathon, book through marathon site. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was we tried to book for three nights, were told there wasn't a room available for the third night, but online I could book a third night at close to double the rate. We switched hotels the third night. Other than that, loved the hotel, location, room and staff

Stayed 4 nights Oct 11-15, only had housekeeping come on one day (Tuesday, 10/13). When I checked out, was told a copy of my bill/invoice would go to my email address. I confirmed the email address on file as correct and went on my way. I have had to call to get a copy of my invoice as I have still not received it, and yes I did check my spam/junk folder. Can't submit my expenses for reimbursement with my company without the invoice.

Second time I was here for a convention. Quiet at night, clean and well-appointed. Nice staff, great food. Close to everything I needed and a decent distance from the train station.

housekeeping service was terrible; didn't replace used coffee cups or drinking glasses. I left the empty conditioner bottle on the counter and they didn't bother to fill it or put it back into the shower. the bathroom was old and dirty; room air conditioning was inefficient
