My Stacy was great. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable and safe. The staff at check-inband checkout was nice and professional. I had a room with a view and it was excellent.

I stayed at Swissôtel for a weekend, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the price. One of the dining chairs in my room had a nail sticking out, which is a serious safety issue. The shower is designed in such a way that water leaks onto the bathroom floor every time it’s used. For a hotel charging around $200 per night, I was surprised there wasn’t even a microwave in the room. The biggest frustration was the parking. It costs $70, but every time you leave with your car and come back, you’re not guaranteed a parking spot. Charging that much for parking without ensuring availability is disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the maintenance, room amenities, and parking experience need significant improvement to justify the price.
