My stay at Swissotel was very satisfying and relaxing. The room was nice even though I wish I had gotten an updated room. I loved I could look out the window and see Lake Michigan. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay at Swissotel again when I come back to Chicago.

Business conference trip. Hotel was great. I appreciated the clean, modern aesthetic. The rooms, hallways, and all facilities were well maintained which I loved. The location is perfectly situated to a number of attractions and within walking distance of eateries, stores, shops, pharmacies, grocery stores, public transportation, etc.

Comfortable, good location, easy check in&out, good staff. Only one issue, I haven’t experienced before paying for the water in the room. It was all complimentary in other swiss hotels.

The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and were able to get us checked into our room a few hours early, which was great! They also have a luggage hold area in case you need to have them hold your luggage until your room is ready. Our room was exactly as advertised - large, clean, and comfortable and we had a great view!! The only thing to note is there is an additional $30 “urban experience fee” that must be paid per day. Overall, it was a lovely hotel in a great location to walk to soldier field, would gladly stay again!
