The room was so warm and I had the air on as cold as it would go. I requested a fan prior to coming and was told it would be fine. It was not in the room when I arrived. I called the front desk several times with promises to have it delivered. I finally went down the next day to the desk and asked for a fan due to it being so warm. I finally got it the night before I left. I went to the hotel lobby bar for a salad when I arrived and the chicken came cold and the salad had plastic wrap over the top of it. To be honest it was really not great. The price I paid for this salad I expected so much more.

Loved the view from my room, great location and easy access point. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable.

Traveled in a large group for a conference. Some were charged a large $375 incidental fee while some were charged less. They tried to charge additional incidentals (coffee, food from the lobby) to my cards when they were already holding $375 for incidentals that I asked to be billed on the room. At checkout I was told that I had a $1,000 balance when they had already taken the funds off of my card at check in. All of these issues were eventually cleared up but the inconvenience will not allow me to stay or recommend to anyone. For the nightly fee the hotel bathrooms were dated.
