The hotel was nice as was the room. Elevators worked great. the added fees were a lot that increased the room price. This will effect by decision in staying again. The bar in the lobby was closed most nights by 10 pm. As was the restaurant for breakfast was done by 11 am.

The maintenance man Todd who fixed the deadbolt on the door at 9pm was WONDERFUL! He was so patience, kind and professional. I was hoping I got a survey to thank him! The front desk on arrival (fingernails with butterflies) was curt and short with me. So when I saw her on departure, I didn't want to say my appreciation of Todd the maintenance man because I wasn't sure she'd relay the message to anyone. Swiss is amazing! Thank you so much!
