Went here on business. Checked out morning of 23rd. I get home and realize being billed somehow 1 night longer than I agreed too and had on my initial confirmation. Have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of a manager to sort it out. No one will answer the phone at the hotel and no one calls me back when I leave messages. I get mistakes happen but to not return my calls is horrible customer service. I feel like they are avoiding owning their error.

Toilet didn’t flush well. Bathroom lights were broken and subsequently fixed after the request. Well below what I expect of the Swissotel property.

It was great, thank you. The room was clean and comfortable. I had signed up for the breakfast option, expecting a buffet-style meal. However, the service turned out to be à la carte, and there was no information provided anywhere regarding the billing details—such as spending limits or how gratuities were handled.
