Lovely experience. Very clean, loved the holiday decor, friendly staff. My only complaint is our bathroom was not the best. The toilet ran for a bit, and the shower door didn’t close all the way and water leaked out. Other than that, had a wonderful experience. Will stay again.

Our suite was roomy and comfortable albeit located adjacent to the elevators, which seemed a bit odd of a location to give to a Diamond level guest but generally wasn't an issue save for the busiest times. Staff was friendly and generally responsive. Would have liked to have had bottled/boxed water provided for free. The hors d'oeuvres and wine provided on arrival were appreciated.
