Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to drop them off with our Concierge at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark. If you proceed directly to the carpark, please remember to collect a parking voucher which entitles you to the special carpark rate at checkout from our Concierge. Stay over after late night flight arrival into Sydney Thankful for help with heavy luggage, extra hour late checkout provided the next day and help from.Sebastian when l departed back to the airport fir my flight home. It's why l will be back again

There is generally a lovely small token welcome gift when I check in i.e. a bottle of bubbles, or the Swissotel chocolate. This stay the gift was an plate of dried fruit & rice crackers. The rice crackers were presented in an old washed out screw top jam jar, I took a photo because I thought it was very below standard & I didn't appreciate an old jam jar with slightly stale crcakers. The room was on the executive level which is provided a turn down service at night, but this was not provided. I don't know what was going on, but the if is their new level of service for Accor platinum members, we will be changing hotel stays in future.

The location was great. However, in the restaurant it felt like guests were more of a nuisance than someone to be spoken to. Being frequently walked past. Even an acknowledgment of, “someone will be with you soon” would have been acceptable rather than being ignored. One of the wait staff seemed more interested to use their ear piece as if they were the Secret Service, than look after its patrons. Our room had a mattress that smelled of urine, and the only resolution was an extra quilt to cover it up, or a room downgrade with no compensation. I will never visit a Swissôtel again.

The location was superb. Staff low efficiency. Has been requesting amenities for a few times, with average half hour wait for each request. Has signalled ‘do not disturb’ on my room, staff still came in my room and hand over the ‘welcome cookies’. Disappointed service.
