I only had a bad experience with a gentleman waiter in the lounge on 65th floor. He was serving breakfast that day. He was the only one available when we entered, he didn’t point us to any seat nor asked how are you or offered a coffee - nothing. But after us there was a couple from Europe or US, where he greeted and offered if they want coffee and served to the table. I asked him questions too. So he definitely saw us. He had an attitude which was really a surprise to me - not up to standard with the rest of Swissotel team for sure. Everything else was perfect with our stay. Thank you.

Almost perfect. Great location, super friendly staff, powerful Air Conditioning. Breakfast can be very packed. I wish it had just a little more variety, especially the CLOVE. The one thing that annoyed me most, is the Wifi. Can be unstable at times, and speeds are below satisfactory. Also you need to re-log every 24 hours.

Opted and paid for Marina Bay View - Priceless! Room size - Good enough to fit family of 4 with young children. Location - Awesome. Everything is within reach, supermarket, public transportation, restaurants etc. Cleanliness - All ok except bath had clogging issues, faucet was not working well, couldn't switch to shower mode. 4 of us took a while in the bath as a result. Service - mostly cold. From front desk at check-in and bar at poolside. Pool - overcrowding. Probably won't return again. Plenty of choices given same price point.
