From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile. Being basically part of a large shopping centre, there is so much to see and eat right within the complex. This will be our go-to accomodation when in singapore from now on. Loved it. Big thanks to all the staff for looking after us. 👍🍻

Staff responded well, but they needed to do so. One 110V plug had never been wired into the electrical supply, an engineer needed to rebuild the outlet. Hotel wifi is not allowed if the laptop or phone has a VPN installed. It is not enough to disable it, it must be uninstalled in order to access the hotel wifi. Another engineer appointment was required to diagnose this. Room card access failed repeatedly; our cards were replaced 4 times. The undercounter bathroom lighting continually blinked on and off at night. This was never resolved.

Overall really good experience but Spa hours could be extended a bit more at least until 22,00. Due to the work long meetings i was not able to catch the spa open any day
