Amenities is a step up, green setup using filtered water, sensor electricity switch and smart air con. Have to shower standing in bath tub like years gone by era and the water drain so slow like it’s choked. Also the remote in room 5659 is totally whacked with loose cover and volume unable to adjust below level 10. Breakfast is a struggle with queue and seating. Please remove those uncomfortable chairs and table in the middle of the hall. How do you decide which unlucky guest sits there? The chair is too high for the table and way smaller than the regular chairs. I realise the managers just dump elderly and people with young children there. If you want to use those space, get better furniture. Also the soba sauce is extremely thick and salty. Very lousy kitchen team for breakfast compared to the dinner.

A truly fantastic hotel, located in an amazing location. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent except the rain shower was weak and tv kept performing updates which was a little annoying, having to switch is off/on several times at the wall.

No single chairs in room, not great for older people, the long heavy pillows were very difficult to move around they are so heavy, would have preferred four smaller ones. Staff were very nice and looked after the room nicely.

Room was excellent with good view but the bed was not comfortable and we ended with little sleep.
