Prime location as it’s just above the train station. However, being right in the middle of the city makes it quite noisy. Unfortunately, we heard loud doof music from 6:30pm-10:30pm, so if you’re sensitive to background noises, just be prepared. Otherwise, the staff were perfect and very helpful. Rooms were also very clean, not a spec of mould or dust in sight.

​To state my conclusion upfront, this was easily the most satisfying stay I have ever experienced across all Accor properties. ​However, the journey did not start smoothly; in fact, the beginning was nearly disastrous. Prior to my arrival, I sent an email with several key requests—such as a thoroughly cleaned room suitable for my family's dust allergies, a favorable view for my daughters to draw Marina Bay Sands, and extra amenities including an air purifier, a humidifier, and extra hangers. Despite receiving prior confirmation, there were no notes on my reservation upon check-in, and the agent was completely unaware of these requests. I had to explain everything from scratch. We were initially placed in a city view room with no allergy precautions taken, and waiting for the amenities took a frustratingly long time. I exercised patience for my family's sake, but by the next morning, my daughters and I began showing allergic symptoms. Looking closely, the room was visibly below standard cleanliness. At that point, I returned to the desk to request a room change. ​That was when I met Aiko—and meeting her was an absolute blessing. She listened to my concerns with genuine empathy, offered her deep apologies, and promptly arranged a new room for us. The new room provided a magnificent view perfect for my daughters' drawings. Furthermore, the special dust-cleaning service she arranged resulted in an extraordinarily clean environment, and our allergy symptoms quickly resolved. Aiko also took the time to explain my Platinum status benefits in detail, which enhanced our overall experience. Whenever we met in the lounge, she continuously checked if we needed anything else. Her calm demeanor and high professionalism were exemplary. ​Thanks to Aiko, what could have been a ruined trip became a truly unforgettable memory. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to her once again. I sincerely hope to meet her again during my next stay, and I highly recommend her for any staff recognition award.

I must express my heartfelt thanks to Seelan (doorman) & Aiko on 65th floor who took such great care of my wife, who had an injured knee, and they could not do enough to help and make our stay so much more comfortable & enjoyable...we always stay at Swiss Hotel when in Singapore as nothing comes close to your location, rooms, facilities and staff.

Our stay at Swissôtel was truly memorable. The location was convenient, just steps away from the MRT, with Raffles City Mall directly connected, and Marina Bay as well as Merlion Park within easy reach. Mornings began with a sumptuous breakfast spread, offering an elegant mix of Asian specialties and continental favorites. The staff was efficient, making every interaction feel effortless. A delightful surprise was the Indian cuisine delivered through the Dine-in service rich, authentic, and comforting, it added a personal touch to an already refined experience.
